Community Wellness Screening To Be Held
The 25th Annual Community Wellness Screening sponsored by WVUH-East andthe Martinsburg Rotary will be held Saturday, April 17, 2010 from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at The McCormack Center on City Hospital’s Campus.
There is a $40.00 fee for this general health blood screening which includes cholesterol, potassium, glucose, calcium, hemoglobin and more. An optional Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test is available for men for an additional $35.00. Pre-registration and accompanying payment is required to participate in this event. Registration forms are available at City Hospital’s Main Lobby Information Desk, The Wellness Center Information Desk, or online by visiting www.wvuh-east.org. This health screening is limited to the first 500 participants registered.
