MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - The 27th annual Community Wellness Screening sponsored by WVU Hospitals-East and the Martinsburg Noon Rotary Club will be held Saturday, April 14 from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the McCormack Center on the City Hospital campus.
There is a $40.00 fee for this general health blood screening which includes cholesterol, potassium, glucose, calcium, hemoglobin and more. An optional Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test is available for men for an additional $35.00.
Pre-registration and accompanying payment is required to participate in this event, and screening is limited to the first 500 participants. Registration forms are available at the information desk in City Hospital’s main lobby, the information desk at The Wellness Center, or online by visiting www.wvuh-east.org.
