MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – Stress is difficult to avoid. Whether it’s work or family life, stress touches each of us on a daily basis. But, what’s important is how stress is managed. Now is the time to enroll in Discover Relaxation Within, offered at WVU Hospitals-East’s City Hospital through Mountain State Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Preventive Heath Alliance.
Discover Relaxation Within is a wellness and lifestyle improvement program designed to identify and reduce personal stress through practical relaxation techniques and innovative stress management strategies.
