Ear, Nose, Throat Issues Topic of Community Seminar

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - West Virginia University Hospitals-East and the WVU Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center Eastern Division will sponsor a community mini-medical school program on common ear, nose and throat problems.

The seminar, titled Ear, Nose & Throat, will be held on Tuesday, September 21 in the WVU Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center on the City Hospital campus. The featured speaker is Sohrab Shahab, MD, a board certified otolaryngologist (ENT) with WVUH-East Ear Nose & Throat and Clinical Assistant Professor at WVU.
 
Sign-in for the community mini-medical school program begins at 6:30 pm, with the program to follow from 7 – 8 pm. Light refreshments will be offered at the conclusion of the seminar. 

This community mini-medical school program is being offered free to the public as a community service of WVUH-East and the WVU Health Sciences Center Eastern Division. Reservations are strongly recommended. For more information or to register for this program, phone 304-264-1287, ext. 1760.
