Located on the City Hospital campus, the Dorothy A. McCormack Center is a three-story building housing:
- Cancer Radiation Therapy
- Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapies (Physical Therapy, Cardiac Rehab, Occupational Therapy, Aquatic and Speech Therapy)
- The Wellness Center
- Radiology and Laboratory Services (limited outpatient services)
- The American Cancer Society Resource Room
- Gateway Health Services
- Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism
- WVUH-East Corporate Offices
- Along with private businesses and physician office suites

From Charles Town, WV:
- Take Route 9 to Martinsburg and take I-81 North to Exit 14, Dry Run Road
- Turn right
- The hospital’s drive is on the right
From Falling Waters, Marlowe Area:
- Take I-81 South to Exit 14, Dry Run Road
- Turn left, cross over I-81
- The hospital’s drive is on the right
From Inwood, WV:
- Take I-81 North to Exit 14, Dry Run Road
- Turn right
- The hospital’s drive is on the right
From Shepherdstown, WV:
- Take Route 45 East to Martinsburg
- Cross Queen Street and remain straight on Moler Avenue
- Wind left around Reddy Ice Plant and follow road to a 4-way stop
- Proceed straight onto Tavern Road
- The Hospital's drive is on the left
