After assignment of all insurance, a 20% discount on the self-pay portion of the patient's balance will be available on all bills incurred at City Hospital, Inc. and Jefferson Memorial Hospital. This discount is limited to $1,000 per individual, per procedure. Payment must begin within 45 days of billing. Payroll deduction is available at the facility in which the employee works.
